They don't
follow you back.

Drop your whole Instagram data export. See who doesn't follow you back, who unfollowed you, who's ghosting your request, and more. Computed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

A Get your data from Instagram
  1. Open Instagram → SettingsAccounts Center.
  2. Go to Your information and permissionsExport your information.
  3. Tap Create export, then Choose a profile (your account).
  4. Pick Export to device.
  5. Tap Customize informationClear all, then select only Followers and following.
  6. Set Format: HTML and Date range: All time, then Create export.
  7. Instagram emails you when it's ready (a few minutes to a few hours).
  8. Download it: you'll get a .zip or an unzipped folder. Either works below.

Tip: export every so often. The tool remembers your last one (locally) so it can show who unfollowed you since.

B Drop your export

Drop your .zip or folder here

Instagram often downloads an unzipped folder now, both work.

everything stays on your device
↔ Have an older export? Compare them to see exactly who unfollowed you optional
Drop an older .zip or folder

Drop either order. Newest and oldest sort themselves out. No old export handy? The tool also remembers your last upload automatically, so your next one will diff against this.

Runs 100% locally in your browser. No servers, no uploads, no tracking.
